Attorney Brannon R. Gary

Attorney Brannon R. Gary is a native of the great State of Florida, hailing from the city of Orlando. As a son of the sunshine state, it has always been his life's mission to serve as a champion for his community and society at large.
Attorney Gary graduated from Edgewater High School in 2006 before attending Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While a student at B-CU, Attorney Gary engaged in community activism with his involvement in the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Debating for Democracy. In addition, he served as a member of the University's Men's Senate, was inducted into Psi Chi, the National Honor Society of Psychology.
Attorney Gary pursued his legal studies at Stetson University College of Law. As a law student, he interned with Bay Area Legal Service's Family Forms Clinic, where he was able to assist family law litigants with their legal documents and advise them of the family law process and procedure. In addition, he served on the executive board of the Black Law Students' Association ("BLSA") and participated in many of the group's community initiatives, including "Souls to the Polls", a voter registration and information campaign, and BLSA's Drive to Strive, a mentoring initiative with local high school students. Attorney Gary obtained his degree of Juris Doctor from Stetson and was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 2014.
Upon his admission to the Florida Bar, Attorney Gary worked as an associate attorney for law firms in multiple jurisdictions throughout the state. He garnered invaluable experience advocating for the rights of his clients in multiple practice areas, including, without limitation, family law, consumer protection, and guardianships. With a rich breadth of experience under his belt, and a desire to provide affordable effective legal representation for his clients, he opened The Law Office of Brannon R. Gary in 2016.
In addition to his private practice, Attorney Gary continues to serve his community through pro bono work, providing free legal representation to Florida residents through local organizations. Attorney Gary currently volunteers with Bay Area Legal Services, providing a wide range of legal services to members of the indigent community in Hillsborough County, Florida. He also serves as an Attorney-at-Litem for Crossroads for Florida Kids, Inc., an organization that provides legal representation to children in Florida's foster care system. Furthermore, he enjoys volunteering at various community legal fairs such as "Law Fest" where individuals are able to present their legal issues and receive free legal advice. Attorney Gary currently volunteers with "Walk of Love Ministry", a homeless outreach and feeding campaign in Orlando, Florida.
